Frequently asked questions
Quick answers for families exploring care or already enrolled. We will refine this page as we approach opening day—if anything here conflicts with your contract or provider handbook, those documents win.
-
What pets and sizes do you accept?
Acceptance depends on location capacity, temperament requirements, and vaccination rules. When you register your pet online, you can see which programs are available at each location.
-
What are your hours?
Daycare and drop-off hours differ by location. Some locations also offer overnight boarding. Check your location’s page or call for the schedule that applies to you.
-
How do I enroll or join a waitlist?
Start from the Owner Information Hub, complete your profile, and add your pet’s details. From there you can work through enrollment and booking when spots are open.
-
How does billing and payment work?
Fees depend on location, stay type, and program (for example full-day daycare vs boarding). Review published rates on our Costs page. Staff will confirm payment timing before your first billing date.
-
What should my pet bring each day?
Most owners send food or feeding instructions, medications if needed, a leash, and any comfort item your pet uses. Label belongings with your pet’s name. Your location may send a first-day checklist.
-
What is your illness policy?
Pets should stay home when they show signs of contagious illness. This protects other pets and staff. Return when your pet is well enough for group care per our owner policies.
-
Who can pick up my pet?
Only owners you authorize in your profile may pick up. Photo ID may be required. Update authorized contacts ahead of time if someone new will collect your pet.
-
Do you close for holidays?
Locations may close on statutory holidays or for inclement weather. Your location will share a calendar or notices as dates are confirmed.
